Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 bags frozen or dehydrated hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper
    1 doz. eggs
    1 c. milk
    onions (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place hash browns in dish. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper and onions together and pour over hash browns. Use any kind of browned meat and spread over top and slightly press in. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Check with knife. Grate cheese over top and bake until melted.
