Mama'S Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Irish potatoes
    sharp Cheddar cheese (grated)
    1 or 2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender (about 15 minutes).
    Slice in medium slices and put 1 layer of potatoes in casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and pour cream of chicken soup over cheese, continue layers of potatoes, cheese and soup, as desired. Bake at 300\u00b0 until lightly brown.
    Serve hot.
