Good Luck Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. mixed dry beans
2 ribs celery, chopped
2 medium onions, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 lb. ham, salt pork, etc.
1 green pepper, chopped
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. Cavender's
Preparation

Cover beans with water and soak 3 hours or more.
Drain, add more water, ham and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Saute all veggies, add to beans and simmer until beans are tender.
Add seasonings (you may need to adjust seasonings according to taste).
Serve with rice and/or corn bread.
