Low-Fat Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. Egg Beaters
    3/4 c. oats
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/4 tsp. bell seasoning
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Press firmly into ungreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and slice.
    Makes 8 servings.
