Pasta Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. seasoned rice-wine vinegar
    1 1/2 c. olive oil
    1/3 c. light soy sauce
    3 tsp. sesame oil
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
    6 Tbsp. chopped cilantro or parsley
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine vinegar, olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger, pepper, red pepper flakes and cilantro or parsley.
    Dressing can be made ahead and refrigerated for up to one week.
    Bring to room temperature before using.
