Italian Style Kale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) pkg. fresh kale
    1 medium can tomatoes, crushed
    6 medium potatoes or small new potatoes
    1 onion, sliced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Boil kale; drain.
    Place in pan with crushed tomatoes, olive oil, chopped onion, potatoes (halved), salt and pepper.
    Cook until tender.
