Maryland Lady Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 large egg (or 2 small)
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    fat or oil for frying
Preparation
    Remove all cartilage from crabmeat.
    In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise and seasonings.
    Add crabmeat and mix gently but thoroughly.
    Shape into 6 to 8 cakes.
    Pan-fry in small amount hot oil (350\u00b0) until browned on both sides.
