Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
8 eggs, separated
3/4 c. water
2 tsp. maple flavor
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Put cream of tartar in egg whites and beat until stiff.
Also add 1/2 cup sugar last.
