Slovak Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    marmalade or cottage cheese
    melted butter
Preparation
    Beat eggs until fluffy.
    Add salt, sugar, milk and flour. Beat until smooth.
    Drop pancake sized thin coatings of batter onto a hot, well-greased griddle.
    Brown slowly on both sides. Spread evenly with marmalade or cottage cheese.
    Roll up and drizzle with melted butter.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 6.
