Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up frying chicken
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    Lawry's seasoned salt
    black pepper
    flour
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Toss raw chicken with vinegar.
    Sprinkle generously with seasoned salt and pepper.
    Place on colander on a plate and and let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
    When ready to fry, heat oil (approximately 1-inch) in deep frying pan (you could use a deep fryer).
    Do not let smoke.
    Shake chicken in flour and shake off excess.
    Carefully place in hot oil, skin side up, and fry over medium heat until golden brown.
    Turn occasionally. Chicken is done when juices run clear.
