French Toast Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. stale bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    butter and syrup
Preparation
    Beat eggs with milk and salt.
    Pour over bread cubes and toss. Heat margarine in skillet.
    Add bread-egg mix.
    Fry, turning occasionally, until browned.
    Serve with butter and syrup.
