Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast
    meat tenderizer
    seasoned salt
    garlic salt
    1 small (5.6 oz.) bottle liquid smoke
    1/3 large (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Dampen roast slightly and sprinkle with meat tenderizer and lightly with seasoned salt and garlic salt.
    In Pyrex dish, marinate in liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake 5 to 6 hours at 250\u00b0 for medium size roast.
