Pie Dough #4(For 5 Single Crusts) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg (in measuring cup; add 1 Tbsp. vinegar and fill to 3/4 c. with water)
Preparation
    Mix all together. Should be very pliable and easy to work with. Roll out to size of pie pan. This recipe will make 5 single crusts.
    Also use for miniature (small cupcake tins) quiches, or other hors d'oeuvres.
