Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. sugar
1 small can fruit cocktail
Preparation

Drain fruit cocktail.
Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Thin with small amount of the juice from cocktail.
Fold in fruit. Spread in ice cube tray and put into freezer for several hours. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
This keeps very well and may be made several days in advance.
