Big Time Bonbons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cherry vanilla ice cream
    5 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    30 to 35 miniature candy Valentine hearts or jelly beans
Preparation
    Using a melon ball scoop, make 30 to 35 small ice cream balls. Place on a chilled baking sheet lined with waxed paper and place in freezer.
    Melt butter and chocolate in small saucepan over low heat.
    Stir in evaporated milk.
    Allow to cool as ice cream hardens in freezer for about 2 hours.
    Remove ice cream balls and dip them, one at a time, into chocolate sauce.
    Press miniature Valentine's Day heart onto each chocolate covered ice cream ball. Replace on waxed paper and return baking sheet to freezer to reharden before serving.
