Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    1/3 c. olive oil or canola
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    garlic bulb
    1 coddled egg
    croutons
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    dry mustard (pinch)
    anchovies (optional)
Preparation
    Rub wooden bowl with garlic bulb or use garlic press.
    Add oil, lemon juice, wine vinegar, Parmesan cheese and egg (coddled for 1 1/2 minutes in boiling water).
    Add salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Mix.
    Add lettuce and croutons; toss.
    Anchovies may be served on the side.
