Soda Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

14 soda crackers, crushed
1 c. pecans
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
4 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. Gradually add sugar and vanilla.
Blend in crackers and pecans.
Bake in pie plate at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Cool and top with whipped cream.
