Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
4 c. torn spinach leaves
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut into pieces
2 medium, red, tart cooking apples, cored and sliced 1/2 inch
2 oz. Colby cheese, cut into very thin slices
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. orange juice
Preparation

In a 10-inch skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally until browned.
Drain off fat.
