Lemon Tea Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    1 grated rind of lemon
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix together with mixer.
    Pour into greased bread loaf pan. Bake for 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This is an excellent and very easy pound cake.
    You can serve with fruit, whipped cream or ice cream.
