Steak And Veggie Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. oil
    1 lb. beef sirloin, cut 3/4-inch cubes
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. New England style frozen peas, potato and carrot combo
    1/2 c. frozen small onions
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix (approximately 6/8 oz.)
Preparation
    Heat oil in 4-quart container; add meat and stir 4 to 5 minutes until browned.
    Stir in veggies and thyme.
    In small bowl, mix well water and gravy mix.
    Mix together in pan; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until all tender (8 to 10 minutes). Enjoy.
