Sour Cream Banana Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. or 3 medium bananas
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease and flour pan.
    Mix sugar, sour cream, butter or oleo and eggs.
    Beat in the bananas and vanilla; beat in flour, salt and baking soda.
    Stir in nuts, then spread in jelly roll pan.
    Bake until light brown.
