Justin Wilson Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer (generously sprinkled with cayenne)
    6 small potatoes
    6 carrots
    6 small onions
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    2 c. white wine
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Place in a large roasting bag.
    Roast in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Salt generously.
