Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium whole chicken breasts, skinned
    6 slices Swiss cheese
    6 thin slices cold boiled ham
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 chicken flavor bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Spread breasts flat; fold cheese and ham slices to fit on top. Fold breasts over filling; fasten with toothpicks.
    Mix flour and paprika on waxed paper; coat chicken pieces.
    Place in covered roasting pan.
    Pour over wine and dissolved bouillon mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours, turning chicken over after first 30 minutes.
    Remove chicken; thicken liquid with mixture of cream and cornstarch.
    Serve over top of chicken.
