Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
1 stick oleo
1 pkg. Stove Top dressing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
onion
salt
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped celery
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Mix with stuffing mix.
Place 3/4 of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Add layer of chicken.
Mix soups, celery, onion and lemon juice.
Pour over chicken.
Add remainder of stuffing mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
