Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. raisins
    2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together 3 times.
    Beat eggs.
    Add all other ingredients at once and mix well.
    Pour into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
