Zucchini Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    black pepper
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 medium zucchini or yellow squash, thinly sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
    1 Tbsp. olive or salad oil
    chopped onions or onion flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
    Stir in cheese, squash, parsley and basil.
    Preheat broiler.
