Toasted Pumpkin Seeds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    seeds from 1 pumpkin, fiber discarded
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt or seasoned salt to taste
Preparation
    Place seeds in a strainer and rinse well; drain. Melt butter and add to pumpkin seeds and stir to coat.
    Arrange one layer deep in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with salt. Bake in oven at 250\u00b0, stirring 2 to 3 times until golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes. Yields about 4 servings of 1 cup each.
