Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3/4 c. uncooked rice
4 tsp. celery salt
1 c. hot water
Preparation
-
Blend meat, rice and seasonings; form into 24 balls.
Place in baking dish.
Add tomato sauce, soup and water.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
Serves 12.
