Berries With Honey Yogurt Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    3 Tbsp. honey
    6 c. berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, etc.)
Preparation
    Combine yogurt and sour cream. Spoon into a colander lined with cheesecloth or paper towels. Place over a bowl to drain for 30 minutes. Turn gently with rubber spatula. Continue to let drain for 4 hours. Transfer to a bowl. Stir in honey and refrigerate until ready to use. If using strawberries, cut in halves. Makes 8 servings.
