Penuche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
Cook slowly until mixture forms a ball in water.
Add butter, nuts and vanilla.
