Chicken Cashew Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    2 cans mushroom soup
    sprinkle of black pepper
    1 can chow mein noodles
    3/4 c. split cashews
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can chicken broth (save broth from stewing chicken and measure in soup can)
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. diced chicken
Preparation
    Stew chicken until tender.
    Remove from bones and leave in fairly large pieces.
    Saute onions and celery in butter.
    Add soups, broth, seasonings and chicken.
    Simmer all together for a few minutes.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with noodles and nuts and store in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
