Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked squash, drained
1 can mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, cut in small pieces
1 stick oleo, melted
2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except crackers.
Put in baking pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake in 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
