Turkey Tetrazzini(Makes 6 To 8 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. chopped, cooked turkey
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 c. cooked peas
1/4 c. chopped pimiento
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Preparation

Cook onion and pepper in butter until tender.
Blend in flour and milk.
Cook, stirring constantly, until smooth.
Add salt, 1/2 cup cheese, turkey, mushrooms, peas and pimiento.
Alternate layers of sauce with cooked, drained spaghetti in a greased 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven 20 minutes.
