Oven-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large unpeeled potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in lengthwise wedges.
    Place in 2 shallow baking pans, cut side down.
    Mix remaining ingredients together and brush over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender, brushing occasionally with oil mixture.
