Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn, drained
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    2 eggs or egg substitute
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. cracker crumbs, crushed (nonfat works)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/2 stick low-fat oleo
Preparation
    Heat milk, oleo and corn until warm.
    Add beaten eggs and rest of ingredients.
    Pour into greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
