Homemade Beef Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. good hamburger
    5 tsp. Morton Tender Quick curing salt
    5 tsp. black cracked pepper
    5 tsp. garlic salt
    5 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate in covered bowl for 3 days.
    Mix daily. On fourth day, shape into 5 logs.
    Place on broiler pan.
    Bake at 160\u00b0 for 8 hours.
    Wrap in Saran and foil.
    Keeps in refrigerator a month or can be frozen indefinitely.
    Slice to serve.
    (Do not substitute on ingredients.)
