Company Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. fresh whole mushrooms
    1 c. dry white wine or sherry
    2 to 3 lb. beef tips
Preparation
    Whisk together soups and wine.
    Add beef and mushrooms.
    Cook 3 hours in 300\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven or cook in crock-pot 5 to 6 hours on low.
    Serve over egg noodles.
