Blueberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. raspberry Jell-O
2 c. hot water
1 small can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, water and pineapple.
Let cool until mixture begins to set.
Add blueberry pie filling.
Let mixture congeal. Mix sour cream, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Blend well.
Top congealed mixture.
Top with chopped nuts.
