Brown Sugar Shortbread Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg yolk
    2 1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat brown sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and egg yolk; mix well.
    Add flour, stir until mixture forms a smooth dough.
    Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and set.
