Strawberry Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. fresh strawberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. orange juice, divided
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Rinse, hull and cut strawberries in half.
In medium saucepan, over medium heat, cook 2 cups strawberry halves, sugar, 2 tablespoons orange juice and lemon juice, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes, until sugar dissolves and strawberries begin to soften.
In blender, mix until smooth.
