Special Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. bread crumbs
    1 medium onion, cut fine
    2 stalks celery, cut fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sausage meat
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix bread crumbs, celery, salt, pepper and sage together. Beat the egg and add to mixture.
    Mix with hot water to the desired consistency.
    Break sausage meat into small pieces and add to bread mixture.
    Stuff bird or put in pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
