Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery, chopped fine
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1/4 lb. oleo
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 can evaporated milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 lb. white crabmeat
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and celery in oleo until onions are wilted. Blend flour in well with this mixture. Pour the milk in gradually, stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, salt and red and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.
