Macaroni And Bacon Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 tsp. capers, drained (optional)
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
    8 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 tomatoes, cut into 8ths
    3 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
Preparation
    Combine the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and ketchup. Shake together very well.
    Add capers and set aside.
    Combine macaroni, bacon, onion and mayonnaise in a salad bowl.
    Toss together lightly.
    Arrange the tomatoes and eggs around the edge. Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
