Sweet And Smoky Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless, skinless chicken
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 tsp. hickory smoke salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. pure maple syrup
Preparation
    Place chicken in glass 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place onion on and around chicken.
    Sprinkle chicken with smoked salt and pepper.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Mix catsup, mustard, oil, vinegar and syrup and pour over chicken.
    Bake for 30 minutes longer, basting with sauce every 10 minutes.
