Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. beef stew meat
2 qt. cold water
1 small onion, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. fresh or canned tomatoes
2 c. chopped cabbage
5 or 6 sliced carrots
1 can green beans
1 can corn
4 potatoes, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. noodles
Preparation

Brown meat, onions and celery in oil in large pot.
Add water, salt and pepper; cook for about 1 hour.
Add all other vegetables except canned corn and green beans.
Cook for about 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
Add canned corn and green beans. Cook until hot.
Add egg noodles in during the last 15 minutes. If the soup is too thick, add more water while your are cooking.
