Shrimp Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of pepper
    pinch of garlic
    pinch of parsley
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
Preparation
    Marinate shrimp in olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, pepper and garlic for 2 hours.
    Place shrimp on skewers.
    Place on hot grill a couple of minutes on each side.
    Serve on bed of rice pilaf with vinaigrette salad on the side.
    Excellent!
