Quick Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Stir flour, baking powder and salt.
Add shortening and cut into flour mixture like pie dough.
Add milk.
Stir until moist. Knead on lightly floured board 10 to 12 strokes.
Pat out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut with small round glass dipped in flour, or use biscuit cutter.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
