Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. brown corn syrup
1 heaping Tbsp. butter
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, broken
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat eggs thoroughly.
Add sugar and corn syrup.
Add butter, salt, vanilla and pecans.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 to 325\u00b0 and bake almost an hour, or until filling no longer shakes.
