Frenchy'S Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar or Jack cheese, grated
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. (plus or minus) mayonnaise
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1 pkg. Mrs. Grass vegetable soup mix (or you can use Lipton onion)
    garlic salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Form into ball or log.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Roll in chopped nuts before serving.
    Serve with crackers.
