No Fat Mild Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. onion
    1 can dark red kidney beans, rinsed
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 small can mushroom pieces, drained, or 1 c. fresh
    1/2 tsp. each: chili spice, pepper, celery salt and garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine
    1/4 cup water and bouillon cube in a 2-quart saucepan.
    Bring to a slow boil while adding chopped onions.
    Boil for about 1 to 2 minutes; add all of the other ingredients.
    Bring to a slow boil.
    Cover and reduce heat to simmer for about 1/2 to 3/4 hour.
    Serve over white rice.
